1. By completing and submitting this form, you are agreeing to our standard charges:
Non-Contracted Customers
i. Remote Connection - £120.00 connection fee which covers administration charges and the first 30 minutes remote support. Additional time will be charged at £80.00 per 30 minutes or part thereof.
ii. Engineer Site Attendance - £220.00 callout fee which covers administration charges and the first 30 minutes attendance. Additional time will be charged at £80.00 per 30 minutes or part thereof.
Contracted Customers
i. Remote Connection – Charge Rates as per the agreed contracted rates for the active maintenance contract.
ii. Engineer Site Attendance – Charge Rates as per the agreed contracted rates for the active maintenance contract.
2. Vindex Systems will endeavour to rectify any faults as detailed on the submitted form. However these charges will be levied in the event of us being able or unable to rectify the detailed fault.
3. The charges detailed on this form do not cover any replacement parts. If in the case of hardware failure the engineer will advise, and with permission replace parts available to them and/or a quotation will be prepared for the parts required.
4. In the event of remedial works being required to rectify a fault a report will be generated and a quotation forwarded to you.
5. Please note that maintenance contracts do not cover the cost of warranty replacement parts or third party damage, be it deliberate or accidental.
6. Remote Support Connection is made via TeamViewer ™ and a support link will be forwarded where required.
7. Premises located within the London Congestion Zone shall be charged an additional charge at cost price.
